Celebratory event with Change Makers
Shuttles will be organised from Brussels International Airport Zaventem to the Crowne Plaza Hotel and back. The conference shuttles will run from 16.00 to 21.00 on Tuesday 2 May, from 7.30 to 10.00 on Wednesday 3 May and from 16.30 to 20.00 on Thursday 4 May.
A hostess/steward will welcome participants in the arrival hall.The shuttle schedule will be confirmed and circulated by the 27 April.
Please make sure that you do NOT forget your passport, and that you check if you need a visa for Belgium.
